ANNUAL ACCOUNTS
Annual accounts are required whether you are a sole trader, partnership or limited company.Sole traders and partnerships will need to prepare annual accounts for the basis of preparing their tax returns and limited companies will need to prepare and submit accounts to Companies House to ensure that they are compliant with legislation.
We can assist in the preparation of all the above ensuring that the accounts are compliant and also where required submit these to Companies House on your behalf.
